Here at Demac, we love Shopify. Shopify allows merchants to get up-and-running quickly and easily with little overhead. Picking the right theme for your store is important. It needs to support all the features your store requires, speak to your brand, and provide a seamless user experience. With over 100 paid and free design themes available at Shopify’s Theme Store, we’ve put together a list of 7 of the top responsive Shopify Themes. In case you’re not too familiar with responsive design, here’s an overview of Responsive Design Vs. Mobile Websites.

We’ve analyzed, compared and reviewed the many design themes available on Shopify, but we’ve narrowed it down to a list of 7 of our favourites. Here’s how they were qualified:

Criteria:

  1. Is it eye catching?
  2. Is it responsive?
  3. Does it support window resizing?
  4. Retina support? (How does it look on an iPad/Mac)
  5. Does it have configurable promos/popups?
  6. Mobile Menu?
  7. Does it have a slide-out cart?

Note: Some themes made the list even though they didn’t meet all of our criteria, but each in their own way merits their way onto the list. Let’s get to the goods!
